Do you require a deposit?

Most appointments require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are applied to your session total. Specific amounts and policies are confirmed during consultation based on project scope.

Why deposits exist

They help hold appointment time for longer sessions and design preparation.

How long is a consultation?

Typical consultations run about 15 to 25 minutes depending on complexity and reference clarity.

Tip

Bring a few reference images and a size estimate.

Can I choose an artist?

Yes. If you already know who you want, tell us. If you are not sure, we will match you based on style, placement, and the level of detail you want.

Do you take walk-ins?

Availability for walk-ins can vary by day. The most reliable approach is to book a consultation first, especially for custom work and larger pieces.

Pricing

Pricing and payment (CAD)

We keep quotes realistic and tied to scope. Final pricing depends on size, placement, detail level, and the number of sessions required.

1

What affects the price?

  • Size and placement (some areas take longer).
  • Detail level and shading requirements.
  • Color vs. black and grey.
  • Number of sessions for large realism pieces.

Do you provide exact quotes online?

We provide ranges until we confirm size and placement. A consultation lets us give a clearer estimate and a session plan that fits your timeline.

Good to include in your request

Size in cm or inches, placement, preferred style, and 2 to 5 reference images.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options can vary by appointment type. We confirm accepted methods when scheduling. If you have a preference, mention it in your booking request.

Can I change my design?

Minor refinements are often part of the process. Bigger changes may require additional design time. We confirm what is feasible before your session starts.

Safety

Preparation, aftercare, and hygiene

We use a safety-first approach with a calm studio setup. Healing depends on your skin and routine, so aftercare guidance is provided in writing after your session.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

  • Eat beforehand and drink water.
  • Avoid alcohol or substances before your session.
  • Wear clothing that allows easy access to the area.
  • Bring valid photo ID.

What aftercare is provided?

We provide written aftercare steps suited to your tattoo and placement. If you have concerns during healing, contact us so we can advise on next steps.

Aftercare support

Email us at [email protected] with a clear description and timing details.

What hygiene practices do you follow?

We use single-use consumables where appropriate, barriers on equipment, and surface sanitization between appointments. Setups are organized to keep sessions predictable and clean.

Hygiene-forward workflow

Can you tattoo over scars or do cover-ups?

Some scars and cover-ups are possible, but it depends on skin condition, age of the scar, and existing ink. We assess this during consultation and recommend a realistic approach.
